• Early check-in or late check-out by prior arrangement.

• Quiet hours 21:00 - 07:00
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Any damages or defects must be reported immediately.
  

No smoking/vaping indoors

Safety

• Please close all windows and doors when leaving.
• Please do not climb the sculptures.
• Please be aware that we cannot accept any liability for entering the building or the green areas, or for using the swings, etc.

Children

• Baby cots are available free of charge.
• Children up to the age of seven years stay free of charge.
• Please let children know about the house rules. 
• Not all areas are child-safe, so please be careful not to let your little ones explore unsupervised.

Cleanliness

• Please leave the apartment clean and tidy (wash the dishes, clean surfaces and tidy up).
• Trash must be disposed of in the designated containers.

Private areas for permanent residents

Some areas of the property are reserved for the private use of permanent residents. These include the inner courtyard and the fenced-off front lawn.

Liability

The host assumes no liability for personal belongings.
