Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
• Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or mail). The time of receipt by the landlord is decisive. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
